What is Cupric Oxide ?

Copper(II) oxide or cupric oxide is an inorganic compound with the formula CuO. It can used for the coloring agents in glass, enamel and ceramic industry, the anti-wrinkle agents of paint and the polish of optical glass. Used in the manufacture of dyes, organic catalyst carriers and copper compounds. Also used in the manufacture of artificial silk and oil desulfurization agents. Used as the raw materials of other nantokites and artificial gemstones.
