Reagents for the manufacture of alkaloids and other substances, also used in dyes, molybdenum red pigments, catalysts, molybdenum salts and fast color lake precipitants. It is a raw material for the manufacture of flame retardants and a metal corrosion inhibitor for pollution-free cooling water systems, as well as a necessary trace component for animals and plants.
