TBzTD is a rubber vulcanization accelerator. Accelerator for NR, SBR and NBR.
Tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide is an environmentally friendly rubber vulcanization accelerator with excellent performance, abbreviated as TBzTD.
The purpose of developing this product is to replace thiuram accelerators such as WILLING TMTD, mainly because thiuram accelerators are prone to produce carcinogenic nitrosamines, while diphenylnitrosamines are not carcinogenic.Used in NR, SBR, EPDM, NBR systems, it can be used as a fast primary or secondary accelerator, which is safer than WILLING TMTD and has a longer anti-scorch time, and is sometimes used as a vulcanization inhibitor for PVC rubber.
