What is Trichloroisocyanuric Acid ?

Trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA) is a strong oxidant and chlorinating agent. TCCA has an excellent bactericidal property and is a new generation of broad-spectrum, high efficiency, low-toxicity fungicides, bleacher and anti-shrinking agent.
