What is Magnesium Chloride ?

Magnesium chloride, MgCI2, also known as chloromagnesite. Magnesium chloride is mainly used to make metal magnesium, used as disinfectant, fire extinguishing agent, ice salt refrigerant, and also used in ceramics, textiles, papermaking and other industries.
Used as solidifying agent; nutrition fortifier; flavoring agent (combined with magnesium sulfate, table salt, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium sulfate, etc.); leavening aid for Japanese sake, etc.; dewatering agent (for fish cake, dosage Chemicalbook0.05% ~ 0.1%); tissue modifier (combined with polyphosphates as an elasticity enhancer for surimi products).
